We stock European standard gregie with us for all the basic silk qualities like silk satin, silk habutai, silk chiffon, silk georgette, silk crepe, cotton silk etc. We are also in collaboration with the best weaving houses in South as well as Surat who ensure us quality products in a reasonable time.
Our dyeing infrastructure is one of the best in India. We have “Mizora Jiggers” which can handle the most delicate weaves of silks and modal without any wear and tear to the fabric. In one batch we can dye up to 5000 meters that eliminates the question of batch-to-batch dyeing variation. We expertise in special dyeing treatment, which converts silk as a washable product - in this area we are the only player under the gloom.We surpass all the eco-friendly norms and can meet most of the buyer’s specified parameters.
We have an in-house design studio equipped with highly professional designers who are passionate about creativity and embrace technology with utmost grace. We can do color separation in the best possible manner - an area where most printers lack. We have the most advanced high-tech screen engravers from Ichinose, Japan that helps give our work a cutting edge. Our screen printing operators are experts and are focused on doing justice to our designer’s creativity. The stages of creating the artwork, color separation, screen engraving is all under one roof to minimize the lead-time and maximizes the security of design. There is no scope of leakage. All our buyers maintain copyrights of their designs that have never been violated.
Every designer from the design team can sense the ultimate output to be in accordance with the desired vision of the buyer, and we have skilled operators who can perform proper color calibration to meet the desired results, to add to it printing is done on the most upgraded digital printing machine (Konica Minolta) with all the pre and post processes under one roof . Finally, we also possess the proficiency in producing our own artworks that can be registered as copy righted designs by the buyers.
